okx8 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the okx8 online gaming platform accessible at okx8.ws, including all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, account services and payment facilities made available through the platform. okx8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By creating an account or accessing any game or service on okx8, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, and that all information you provide during registration is accurate and truthful. okx8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from false or misleading information provided by a user at the time of registration or at any subsequent time.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply: "Platform" means the okx8 online gaming service accessible at okx8.ws and any associated mobile web application. "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform. "Account" means the registered account held by a Player on the Platform. "Balance" means the funds held in a Player's Account available for wagering or withdrawal. "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin or other promotional award granted to a Player by okx8. "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures.

"Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which online gambling is prohibited or requires a licence not held by okx8. "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register an account on okx8 and access any paid gaming service, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• The Player must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• The Player must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• The Player must provide complete and accurate registration information, including a valid mobile number, and must not impersonate any other person.
• The Player must not be a current employee, contractor or agent of okx8 or any affiliated entity.
• The Player must not hold an existing Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

okx8 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account found to be in breach of eligibility requirements, with all funds held in such an Account subject to review and potential forfeiture.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their registered mobile number and password. Players must not disclose login credentials to any third party. okx8 will never contact a Player to request their password by any means including email, SMS, phone call or live chat.

• Players must notify okx8 customer support immediately if they believe their Account has been accessed without authorisation.
• okx8 is not liable for any loss suffered as a result of a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Players must not allow any third party to use their Account, whether for payment, playing games or any other purpose.
• okx8 reserves the right to close any Account that shows patterns of suspicious activity, including but not limited to unusual login locations, rapid sequential transactions or suspected third-party access.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any conduct that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading or harmful to okx8 or other users of the Platform. This includes, without limitation: using automated software, bots or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game; exploiting any error, bug or technical glitch in the Platform for financial gain; colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes; engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform; and using any chargeback, dispute or reversal mechanism on a payment transaction without first contacting okx8 support.

Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all winnings and bonuses accumulated during any period of prohibited conduct will be voided, and any remaining Account balance may be withheld pending investigation. okx8 reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

5. Fair Use of Bonuses

All bonuses and promotional offers issued by okx8 are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions stated at the time the offer is made available:

• Each bonus is available to one eligible Player per household, IP address and payment method. Bonus stacking, where a Player claims multiple simultaneous bonuses not explicitly permitted by okx8, is prohibited.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• If a Player makes a withdrawal request before the wagering requirement on an active bonus is met, okx8 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings generated from it before processing the withdrawal.
• okx8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice to Players.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including through use of multiple accounts or false registration information, will be voided and the relevant Account may be permanently closed.

6. Deposits

okx8 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by okx8, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

Deposits credited to an okx8 Account are available for wagering immediately. okx8 does not charge a fee for processing deposits, though individual payment providers may charge their own transaction fees. It is the Player's responsibility to be aware of any fees charged by their payment provider. All deposit transactions are final once confirmed by the payment provider and credited to the Player's Account.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used by the Player for their most recent deposit. okx8 does not permit withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used for deposit, unless the original method is no longer available and an alternative is agreed with okx8 customer support. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The Player's Account must have been verified through KYC procedures before any withdrawal exceeding ৳10,000 can be processed.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met before the bonus balance or winnings generated from it can be withdrawn.
• okx8 reserves the right to request additional identity or address verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• okx8 will process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Actual receipt of funds by the Player depends on the payment provider's processing time, which is outside okx8's control.

8. Taxes

Players are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes applicable to their winnings or gaming activity under the laws of their jurisdiction. okx8 does not withhold, deduct or remit any taxes on behalf of Players. The tax treatment of gambling winnings may vary depending on the Player's individual circumstances and the applicable laws in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction in which the Player is resident or liable for tax.

okx8 recommends that Players seek independent tax advice if they are unsure of their obligations. Nothing in these Terms constitutes tax advice, and okx8 makes no representation about the tax treatment of winnings in any jurisdiction.

• okx8 may issue tax-related documentation to Players where required by applicable law.
• Players who operate as businesses or through corporate structures should obtain specific professional advice regarding the tax treatment of their gaming activities.
• The Platform does not provide tax withholding services and is not a tax agent for any Player in any jurisdiction.

9. Responsible Gaming

okx8 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The Platform makes available to all registered Players the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from Account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. Players may activate these tools at any time without requiring the assistance of customer support, though support is also available to assist with any responsible gaming request.

okx8 enforces the 21+ age restriction strictly and operates age verification procedures as part of its KYC process. If okx8 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under the age of 21, the Account will be suspended pending age verification and all activity during any period of suspected underage access will be reviewed. If underage access is confirmed, the Account will be permanently closed and any winnings accumulated during the underage period will be voided.

10. Termination and Suspension of Accounts

okx8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules or bonus fair use conditions.
• okx8 is required to do so by a regulatory body, law enforcement authority or court order.
• okx8 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Account is being used for money laundering, fraud or other illegal activity.
• The Player requests self-exclusion or voluntary Account closure through the responsible gaming tools or by contacting customer support.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okx8 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. okx8 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from technical defects at all times. Planned maintenance, server outages or circumstances beyond okx8's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. okx8's total liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

okx8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the Platform and will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is stated. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Where an amendment is material, okx8 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players, which may be by way of a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the Player's registered contact address.

A Player's continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the amended Terms. If a Player does not agree to any amendment, their sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and request closure of their Account.

13. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms which cannot be resolved through okx8's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
